OUR rescheduling and cancellation policy.

To ensure fairness and transparency for all our clients, your reserved consultation time has been specifically allocated to you. It is vital that you maintain your advised schedule of care in order to achieve the greatest results. 

If you are unable to attend your appointment time, please notify us as soon as you can. 

The following cancellation policy will apply:

  • Did not attend scheduled appointment: 100% Fee Applies

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time: 50% Fee Applies

  • Cancellation within 6 hours of scheduled appointment time: 100% Fee Applies

Payment Method:

Rescheduling/Cancellation fees will be invoiced under your name, and the invoice will be sent to your email on file. Payment on this invoice must be made before being able to make another appointment with our team.
